Kathy Moistner has worked for the Wittenberg University Police Division since October 2008. She serves as the 2nd shift police dispatcher and university switchboard operator. Kathy has many years of customer service and banking experience. Kathy is known to many of our students as that calming voice at the other end of the phone when they call in with a crisis. Her friendly tone is always a pleasure to hear.
Kathy resides in Springfield and enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and volunteering her time working at various polls during election time.
