Springfield, Ohio – Wittenberg University senior art majors will present their work at the 2010 Senior Thesis Exhibition, with an opening reception in their honor scheduled for 5-7 p.m. Saturday, April 17, in Koch Hall. Their work will be on display through Saturday, May 15, in the Ann Miller and Thompson Galleries on the first floor of the hall.
Students graduating with bachelor of arts degrees and their concentrations include Emily Barsan from Mason, Ohio, photography and graphic design; Adam Bodnar from Upper Arlington, Ohio, ceramics; Colin Evans from Berea, Ohio, photography; Kristina Herman from Cincinnati, Ohio, photography; and Lauren Luecke from Mahtomedi, Minn., ceramics.
Students graduating with bachelor of fine arts degrees and their concentrations include Megan Bundy from Canfield, Ohio, painting; Andrea Payne from Springfield, Ohio, drawing; and Heather Roscow from Gahanna, Ohio, painting.
The Senior Thesis Exhibition of the art majors’ capstone projects is a requirement they must meet to complete their degrees. The reception and exhibition are free and open to the public.
The galleries are open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays through Fridays during the academic year.
