Special Visit Day Programs

Wittenberg University offers a variety of campus visit options throughout the year. In addition to our individual campus visit option Monday through Friday and most Saturdays, these special campus visit programs are offered for prospective and admitted students.

Tiger Days - July 20, 2018; August 1, 2018; March 23-30, 2019

Beginning the college search is an exciting time! We invite high school students interested in experiencing our uniquely active and engaged learning environment that provides students with the skills and confidence to make an impact on the world. People can tell you how great Witt is, but the best way to know whether it is right for you is to see it - and experience it - for yourself.

Ohio 6 College Tour - July 30 & July 31

Ohio is home to some of the nation's finest liberal arts colleges. The Ohio Six College Tour provides the opportunity for you and your parents to visit six of the best - in only two days. Each college or university will host programs beginning at 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. on each day of the tour.

Select two colleges to visit each day, plan your personal schedule, and hit the road. They are all within easy driving distance.

The Ohio 6 College Tour includes Wittenberg, Wooster, Denison, Kenyon, Ohio Wesleyan and Oberlin.

Fall Visit Days - October 19, November 2, November 12, 2018

Colorful leaves and crisp breezes...what better time to visit Wittenberg? Current high school seniors and juniors are encouraged to come to campus. During a Fall Visit Day, you will experience firsthand the elite academic programs, infectious energy, and inviting campus that distinguish Wittenberg from the rest. You will meet current students and members of the Wittenberg community, tour Wittenberg's beautiful campus, meet with admission and financial aid representatives, and have the opportunity to attend a class. Application deadlines are approaching quickly; visit campus to see if Wittenberg is the right fit for you!

Accepted Student Days - January 21, March 25, April 12, 2019

Congratulations! Now that you've been accepted to Wittenberg University, be sure to visit our active and engaged campus on one of our special Accepted Student Days to learn more about the many opportunities that await you and to confirm that Wittenberg is the right place for you.

Scholarship Visit Days

These visits are by invitation only. Each year, Wittenberg recognizes and rewards outstanding scholastic achievements by awarding merit-based scholarships and special awards to deserving students.


Overnight Visit Options for Accepted Students

As you are making your final decision about where you would like to attend college next fall, come get a sneak preview of what it's really like on campus. Your time at Wittenberg will allow you to eat, sleep, and breathe the college student experience. We have several overnight opportunities available below. Combine your overnight with either an Individual Visit or a Special Visit Day program.

Individual Overnight

Individual Overnight Visits are available to Accepted Students January-April on select nights. During your overnight visit you will spend the night in a residence hall with a current student and follow an individual schedule the next day.

Campus Ministries Overnight - March 24, 2019

Meet students from the organizations that make up our Campus Ministries program, attend a Contemporary Worship Service, eat dinner with current students in the CDR, spend the night on campus and attend the Accepted Student Day program.

Multi-Cultural Overnight - April 12, 2019

A fun and informative way for both multicultural students and students with a strong interest in diversity to experience Wittenberg. Meet students from the organizations that make up our Multi-Cultural Diversity Center. Attend the Accepted Student Day, eat dinner with current students in the CDR, and spend the night on campus.
