Flexible Payment Options – We have designed our payment system with your needs in mind. The options we offer help our students manage their money for college with maximum convenience and flexibility. First, we do not require tuition payment at registration. Once you receive a statement from our Student Accounts Office, you have three options:
Option One – Pay in full by statement due date.
Option Two – Through a partnership with Tuition Management Systems, Wittenberg University is pleased to offer the Interest-Free Monthly Payment Option. Enroll by calling T.M.S. at (800) 722-4867 or by visiting them and calculating your budget on the web at: www.afford.com.
Option Three – Pay after the term. If you receive either employer tuition coverage or VA benefits, you can choose to defer your payment until the third Friday after the semester. You must complete a Deferred Payment Agreement. Failure to pay by the due date for Options Two or Three will result in a late payment penalty and will trigger a 12% annual percentage rate finance charge. Further registration and official transcript requests will not be honored until payment is received.
Credit Card Payment – You may use MasterCard, VISA, Discover or American Express credit cards for full or partial tuition payments, as well as books and supplies.
