Make hotel reservations as soon as possible: Local Accommodations
Cap/Gowns: Wittenberg will host a Countdown to Commencement event on Thursday, February 19, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Geil Lounge on the lower level of the Benham-Pence Student Center. During this event, graduates will have the opportunity to place orders for caps and gowns, announcements, diploma frames, and other Commencement-related items.
- If you are unable to attend Countdown to Commencement, orders can be placed online using the Herff-Jones website until Monday, April 6, or purchases can be made in person at the campus bookstore until Friday, May 8. (The bookstore will carry limited sizes, so plan to purchase ASAP).
- Graduate candidates who order their cap and gown during Countdown to Commencement on February 19 can pick them up at the campus bookstore. If cap and gown was ordered via the website, orders will be sent to the address provided by the graduate.

Make sure your graduate is registered for all Commencement-related events.

Attend Baccalaureate Service. 4 p.m. Weaver Chapel
Families are invited to attend the Senior Class Reception with their graduates, immediately following the Baccalaureate service.

Listen for the Myers Hall Bell at 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. if the ceremony is to be held outdoors.
Pick up your flower orders.
- If we are outdoors, flowers can be picked up in the Benham-Pence Student Center lobby.
- If we are indoors, flowers can be picked up in the Health, Wellness & Athletics (HWA) lobby (outside Pam Evans Smith Arena).
Tickets will be required for an indoor ceremony. Please be sure to get your tickets from your graduate prior to the day of Commencement.
Access to the Hollow or Arena will be restricted until 9:30 a.m. All guests must be seated by 11 a.m.
Meet your graduate at the post-Commencement reception, where they will receive their official diploma.
- If we are outdoors, the reception will take place on Alumni Way.
- If we are indoors, the reception will take place in the 1929 Gymnasium.
