Colleen Herzog Walters was named vice president of mission and ethics for BayCare Health System, a not-for-profit organization comprised of 15 hospitals and hundreds of other locations throughout Tampa Bay and central Florida regions, in May 2019. Previously, she was the chief mission integration officer at MercyOne in Iowa.
