With the start of President Brady’s tenure June 1, 2025, Wittenberg launched a new strategic planning process to set the course for its future actions and endeavors. The effort is being facilitated by Academic Leadership Associates LLC (ALA).

Wittenberg Strategic Plan 2026

To kick-off the first phase, a SOAR Team comprised of faculty and staff was formed in the summer and met three times to identify the Strengths Wittenberg can build upon and the Opportunities it can utilize as a University. On the basis of this setting, the document created by the SOAR Team also proposes a set of Aspirations for Wittenberg to consider as a community, and outlines what Results these might yield for Wittenberg. It is not the strategic plan itself, but rather it should be viewed as a starting point for the development and implementation of the University’s new strategic plan.
