Deanna Volz’s illustrations from her Wittenberg senior thesis, a children’s story called L et’s Find the Yokai, were displayed in March 2019 at the Bowlby Library in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania. A literacy specialist and organizer at the library, Volz also offers art classes and tutors elementary students in literacy. She is pursuing a children’s book illustration certificate from Hollins University.
