Thursday, August 16

Move In - Tune into WUSO 89.1 FM on your way to Wittenberg! 8 am - 11 am
Open time (get your room situated, walk around campus, attend informational programming) 8 am - 2 pm
Computer and network assistance available 8 am - 5 pm
Get ID/Meal Card Picture (if you have yet to do so) 9 am - 2 pm (Student Center)
Information Hub - drop in or ask a question on the Guidebook app 9 am - 4 pm (Student Center)
Information Technology Q & A for families 10 am - 11 am (Synod 109)
Commuter Students Meeting (required for first-year commuter students) 10 am - 11 am (Shouvlin 105)
Lunch on your own. Lunch is included in the student's meal plan in the CDR and is available to parents/families for purchase; a listing of nearby eateries will also be available on the Guidebook app or at the Info Hub. 10:30 am - 1 pm
Jewish student and faculty open house 11 - 11:45 am (Morris Lounge)
Multicultural parent/family & student meeting 11 am - 11:45 pm (Alumni Room)
Campus tours available (start and end at Recitation Hall) 11 am and noon
Annual new student move-in worship service 11:15 - 11:45 am (Weaver Chapel)
Transfer Student Meeting (required for new transfer students, including transfers who are commuting) 11:30 am - 1 pm (Blair 101)
Center for Diversity open house 11:45 am - 12:45 pm (Diversity Center)
Information Sessions (Three 30-minute sessions): various departments - details are in the Guidebook app 12:30 pm - 2 pm (various)
Students and families meet OAs &  FYS instructional teams 2:00 pm (HPER Center)
Welcome Ceremony: students and families 3:00 pm (HPER Arena)
Families say goodbye, depart campus 5 - 5:30 pm
Dinner in the CDR and meeting with OAs 5:30 - 7:30 pm (CDR)
Residence Hall Meeting (not required for commuter students) 8:30 - 9:30 pm (various halls)
Commuter students meeting 8:30 - 9:30 pm (Geil Lounge)

Friday, August 17

Breakfast 7:30 - 9:30 am (CDR)

Makeup session for Not Without Consent/Alcohol education programming 8 - 9:30 am 
New student group photo 9:30 am- 10am (Myers Hall steps)
First Year Seminar (first-year students only) 10 am - noon (Assigned Classrooms - Check the Guidebook app)
Transfer student advising meeting (transfer students only) 10 - noon (Shouvlin 105)
Lunch with your OAs Noon - 1 pm  (CDR)
I've Got Your B.A.C.: Behavior, Attitudes and Choices & Not Without Consent 1:45 - 4:30 pm    (Assigned Classrooms - Check the Guidebook app)
Honors Program Orientation (required for students participating in the Honors Program) 4:30 - 5:30 pm (Bayley Auditorium)
Dinner with OAs & Dessert Reception at the President's house 5 - 6:30 pm (CDR and Benjamin-Prince House)

Saturday, August 18

Makeup session for Not Without Consent/Alcohol education programming 8 - 9:30 am 
Brunch 9 am - 1:30 pm (CDR)
New Student Service Plunge - sponsored by the Hagen Center for Civic & Urban Engagement and Community Service Office 
Students who participate are permitted to arrive late to the 1:00pm OA meeting.
9:30 am - 1pm (Alumni Way; Rain Site: Geil Lounge, Student Center)
OAs meet with students 1 - 2 pm (Assigned Classroom - Check the Guidebook app)
Open time - OAs will be available to lead students through various activities including a tour of downtown Springfield, a FROLF game, walking through course schedules, attending a food truck festival and more! 2 - 5 pm (Various locations)
Witt Olympics - sponsored by Student Involvement 3:30 - 5 pm   (Myers Hollow; rainsite HPER Center Arena)
Dinner with your OAs 5 - 6:30 pm (CDR)
Theatre and Dance productions 6:30 - 7:30 pm (Chakeres Theatre)
Red/White football game 7 - 8 pm (Edwards-Maurer Field)
Casino Night - sponsored by Residential Housing Association 9 - 11 pm (HPER Arena)

Sunday, August 19

Community expectations, exploring wellness resources & Closing Session
