Hello! Today both the painting and construction groups made significant progress on our projects. At the school, I worked on three different paintings - an animal anatomy diagram for a fish, frog, chicken, and bird, a human eye, ear, and tooth diagram, and the plant and human reproductive systems. We’re making progress in the classrooms as we are almost done with the sixth and seventh grade rooms and are starting decorative paintings in the younger grade level rooms. I’m excited to see our progress and what tomorrow holds for our groups at both sites!

Hi ladies and gentlemen welcome to today‘s blog post by yours truly Moose, today was a doozy filled with about 72 wheelbarrows of assorted sand, and gravel. It was a nice cloudy day, with bits a sun shinning through. I know that's a lot what was worse is we had to take it up a hill. Let alone the 12 50kg cement bags that also had to travel up the hill as well as the 50+ cinder blocks. As well as many and I mean many shovels of cement. We did more work than a kitchen aide mixer in a bakery. This begs the question what did we even do all that for. Well let’s just say there wasn’t a floor at the beginning of the day and by the end we had a finished cement floor, and two more rows of bricks laid. Today’s topics of conversation, for lunch time make a movie reference where you had to put the title of a movie in the sentence you spoke, we ended up making over 200 movie references and by the end the day off it was name a mythical basketball player where we chose NBA twitter memes or specific moments/styles player wore. For example one of my picks were ninja headband Jimmy Butler and someone else then said„ give me team USA Stephen Curry. All fun and games on the worksite but we got a lot of work done. Teamwork makes the dream work. Alrighty till next time for another update.
-Your pal,
The friendly neighborhood Moose
