Sibs Weekend 2024

Sibs Weekend looks to bring together Wittenberg students and their siblings/relatives to engage in series of campus activities

Wittenberg’s Union Board has some fun-filled days planned for Sibs Weekend 2024, Feb. 2-4.

Designed to bring Wittenberg students and their siblings/relatives together on campus, the program will feature several activities following check-in from 4-6 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 2. Tours of campus begin at 6 p.m. followed by a Weaver Chapel activity and the “How Well Do You Know Your Sibling Game Show” from 8:30 to 9 p.m. in Post 95 of the Benham-Pence Student Center.

Saturday events include sand art with the Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority INC. from 10 to 11 a.m. in Founders Pub, located in the basement of the Student Center. Campus tours begin at 11 a.m. followed by the chance to cheer on the men’s volleyball team against East Mennonite beginning at noon at the Pam Evans Smith Arena, part of the Health, Wellness & Athletics Complex. Attendees will receive a free foam finger. Other events on Saturday include Rythmetrix, starting at 4 p.m. in room 105 of the Joseph C. Shouvlin Center for Lifelong Learning, and Game Night at the Student Center beginning at 8 p.m.

Those participating in Sibs Weekend should first check in at the W-tables in the Student Center. The University encourages students to register for this event so they can experience campus with their siblings. Register for Sibs Weekend here free of charge.
