Life At Witt

2021 SENIOR SALUTE: Elaina Adams

Biology Major Shares Her Wittenberg Experience

Elaina Adams, Class of 2021

Major: Biology
Minor: Health Science
Hometown and State: Livonia, Michigan
Why Wittenberg: “I chose Witt for the tight-knit community and welcoming atmosphere. I really liked the small class sizes and the fact that professors knew each of their students by name and on a personal level. The campus was beautiful, and the community was friendly and inviting. I am so happy that I chose Witt and have made it my home these past four years.”

  1. Gamma Phi Beta Pearls: During my four years at Witt, I have been a part of GPhi where I've met some of my very best friends and made memories to last a lifetime. I will cherish all the experiences and memories I have gained through my sorority.
  2. Softball Visor: I have been a member of the Witt softball team all four years of college and it has been one of the best experiences. I came to Witt to play softball and through this opportunity I have made lifelong friendships and memories.
  3. Biology Textbook: I am a bio major, and the textbook symbolizes my love for science and helped me get through bio 170 and 180.
  4. Laptop: I use my laptop for almost everything, including planning, writing, watching TV/ movies, working, and school purposes.
  5. OA shirt: I was an OA for two years and got to help mentor first-year students. I loved the experience and got to meet some really cool people along the way.
  6. Headphones: I listen to music every day and all the time. Whether it's studying, working out, walking to class, or relaxing, you can find me with headphones in.
  7. Hammock: In my free time, I enjoy hammocking in the Hollow or around campus. It's a nice way to get away and enjoy the sunshine and our beautiful campus.
