Woodlawn Hall
Located across from the Benham-Pence Student Center on Alumni Way, Woodlawn Hall is in a prime central location. The building was actually the original home of Wittenberg's Beta Theta Pi fraternity until it was bought by the university in 1939.
Faculty Court Apartments
Conveniently located adjacent the historic core of campus, these three-bedroom apartments come equipped with a full range of amenities, including a range and refrigerator, and services include water, trash and lawn care.
Bayley Alumni House
Bayley Alumni House is located on Ward Street, right next to Woodlawn Hall. Once the Phi Kappa Psi fraternity house, the building was renovated in 1995 to accommodate the Office of Advancement and the Center for Alumni. Named after Robert '39 and Ruth K. Bayley '42 of Springfield, the Bayley Alumni House opened in May 2001.
Benjamin Prince House
The Benjamin Prince House is located at the corner of Ward Street and N Wittenberg Avenue, right across from Ferncliff Hall. Wittenberg professor Isaac Sprecher had the mansion built, using limestone from what is now Veterans' Memorial Park for the foundation. Sprecher sold the property to the Prince family in 1883.
