Right-click on the Temp folder and select New then Folder
Give the new folder an appropriate name (e.g. DoeJ-Busn390-Video)
Copy all the images and videos you need into this folder
Start the video editing software Movie Maker, which is installed on all classroom and lab systems
Edit your video file as you need, just be sure to save your work in the folder created earlier
When you have finished editing and updating your video, from the Main menu, select "Save movie", then select "For high-definition display"
Change the save location to the project folder you setup earlier
Name the video file something appropriate (e.g. DoeJ-Busn390-Final.mp4)
Make sure the "Save as type" option is set to "MPEG-4/H.264 Video File (*.mp4)" Always use MP4 as the file format, as it is the format able to opened across multiple platforms
Click Save
Once the vido has been saved click Play to verify it is what you want
Close Movie Maker, being sure to save your project in the project folder you created earlier
Close Media Player if it was opened to play the video
Open FireFox (Not Internet Explorer) and log in to https://portal.office.com with your campus credentials
Select the OneDrive button
From the buttons across the top click the Upload button and select Folder
Select the project folder you created earlier and click Upload
Wait for the upload to finish
In OneDrive you should now see the same folder
Open that folder
Put a check next to the final video file
Click the Share button near the top
Type in the campus email of the professor you want to share the file with
Click Share The professor will then receive a link to the video file
When asked where to save the folder, select C:\Temp
When it has finished downloading, Open Windows Explorer and go to the C:\Temp folder
Right-click on the project Zip file, and select Extract All
When asked where to extract the files to type in "C:\Temp" and click Extract
You will now have a folder with all your project files in it the C:\temp folder
Make your changes and updates
When you are finished, upload the folder again Note: You might be asked about overwriting existing files during the upload. Say Yes so that the older files are overwritten with the newest versions
