Boeing, Boeing is a 1960s French farce adapted for the English-speaking stage featuring self-styled Parisian lothario Bernard, who has Italian, German, and American fiancées, each a beautiful airline hostess with frequent “layovers.” He keeps “one up, one down, and one pending” until unexpected schedule changes bring all three to Paris, and Bernard’s apartment, at the same time. The chamber ensemble explores music of many different genres such as new and contemporary works, concert percussion, Cuban, Brazilian, Steel Drum, and African Folkloric Music. From April 14-16, the ensemble is hosting an Honors Percussion Ensemble, culminating with a concert at 4 p.m. Sunday, April 16. Enjoy a day filled with lots of food, inflatables, music, and entertainment. Student tickets are free but must be reserved in advanced. Students are allowed to bring one non-Wittenberg guest to the event. Guest tickets must be purchased in advance. Faculty and staff can also reserve tickets for WittFest.
