It was the third week of classes in the fall of 1984. We were both at a party at the Chopper house when I noticed Lorraine from across the room and had to meet this beautiful young woman.
I offered to walk her back to her dorm, we ended up at the ATO house, and we talked for hours. Six years later we walked down the aisle with many Witt friends at our wedding and will be celebrating our 33rd anniversary in August.
Gotta admit that I never saw it coming. I just wanted to meet a pretty girl! So glad it turned out the way it did. We are the loves of each other’s lives and we wouldn’t change a thing!
