Where do I find my billing eStatement?

  • Your Fall semester billing eStatement will be available in the Wittenberg Self Service portal. Need Help Accessing your Electronic Self Service Statement, view our How to Guide HERE. Your eStatement will be LIVE on Monday, June 19!

When is my balance due?

  • Your eStatement will be LIVE on Monday, June 19. Please make payment arrangements by the July 5th due date.

How do I pay my bill?

Does Wittenberg offer a payment plan?

  • Through a partnership with Nelnet, Inc., Wittenberg is pleased to offer a No-Interest Installment Payment Plan. This plan enables parents and students to spread their semester expenses over six (6) monthly payments. Enroll today through Self Service.

What is the WittenbergOne card?

  • The WittenbergOne card is your official Wittenberg Student ID – providing access to meals, library, printing services, sporting events, community discounts, & more!

How do I get a Student ID?

  • Stop by the Student ID table at Destination Witt to take an ID photo.

How do I find what books I need?

  • At Wittenberg, instructors order course materials through the University Bookstore. Our Barnes & Noble University Bookstore provides protection for student data and finances, and offers Wittenberg service and support. More details regarding your textbooks and course materials can be found on the Witt Bookstore website and your class syllabi.

How do I pay for books?

  • Please visit the Witt Bookstore website for a full list of payment options.

How do I use a third-party sponsor (529 plan, Voc. Rehab, VA benefits, etc.) to make a payment?

  • Wittenberg is committed to working with your sponsor organization to ensure that you receive your qualified funding. Received your sponsorship award letter? Contact us for the next steps.

How can my parents/guardians/family have access to my account?

  • Did you know that unless you say otherwise, you’re the only one who can see your personal info? Learn how to give someone else (like your parents/guardians) access to your information.

Are there payment plan options if I can’t pay my entire balance in full?

  • There are many ways to finance your education (payment plans, loans, etc.), we are happy to talk through your options.

Can I change my meal plan?

  • Yes, students can change their meal plan up until August 31st. Log into the Housing Portal. Click on "Dining" from the left hand menu & select "Dining Plans." Adjustments can be made under the "Change my Meal Plan" tab.

How do I complete the loan process?
