Synod Hall

Map to Wittenberg's Weaver ChapelHamma thrived on campus as one of the premier Lutheran theological seminaries until 1978 when it merged with Capital University's Trinity Lutheran Seminary in Columbus, Ohio. After Hamma relocated, Synod served as the location for the humanities on campus prior to the construction of Hollenbeck Hall.

Weaver Chapel

Map to Wittenberg's Weaver ChapelWeaver Chapel is located on East Campus Drive, right in the middle of campus and across the street from historic Myers Hall, the first building constructed on the Wittenberg campus. Built in 1956, the chapel's 212-foot steeple is one of the first things that you'll see while heading towards campus.

Bayley Alumni House

Map to Wittenberg's Weaver ChapelBayley Alumni House is located on Ward Street, right next to Woodlawn Hall. Once the Phi Kappa Psi fraternity house, the building was renovated in 1995 to accommodate the Office of Advancement and the Center for Alumni. Named after Robert '39 and Ruth K. Bayley '42 of Springfield, the Bayley Alumni House opened in May 2001.

Blair Hall

Map to Wittenberg's Weaver ChapelLocated on E Campus Drive, Blair Hall was built in 1927 and was originally used as an experimental school for its education department. From its inception until 1943, Blair held classes for children grades K - 4 from the surrounding area.

Firestine Hall

Map to Wittenberg's Weaver ChapelCentrally located behind Tower Hall and equi-distant between the Health, Wellness and Athletics Complex and the Benham-Pence Student Center, Firestine Hall is an air-conditioned co-ed residence hall that houses 220 students on three floors. There is a computer lounge on the second floor and study lounges on the second and third floors.

Sprecher Place Apartments

Map to Wittenberg's Weaver ChapelServices in Sprecher Place Apartments include air conditioning, electricity, gas, trash pick-up, and water.

Buildings feature a common laundry room and parking spaces for tenants only. Each apartment features a fully furnished living room, kitchen and bedrooms, and a private patio.

Benjamin Prince House

Map to Wittenberg's Weaver ChapelThe Benjamin Prince House is located at the corner of Ward Street and N Wittenberg Avenue, right across from Ferncliff Hall. Wittenberg professor Isaac Sprecher had the mansion built, using limestone from what is now Veterans' Memorial Park for the foundation. Sprecher sold the property to the Prince family in 1883.
