Leah Stahl is an artist and educator, currently residing in Dayton, Ohio. She earned her B.A in 2000 from Columbia College, Chicago, and in 2012 she received her MFA from the University of Cincinnati, DAAP.

Leah has taught at a number of schools including: Antioch College, Sinclair College, and University of Cincinnati. In addition to Wittenberg, she is currently the co-chair of Photographic Studies at Stivers School for the Arts in Dayton, Ohio. With a professional background as an artist, freelance photographer, and staff photographer for a graphic design firm, Leah brings a diverse creative experience to the classroom.

Leah's photographic work is deeply rooted in personal experience and exploring the unique perspectives and connections with which each of us is born. She explores themes of perception, memory, connectedness, and transformation. Utilizing both traditional and digital methods within her work, she also incorporates experimental materials and techniques into her process. Leah's work has been exhibited and published nationally.
