Adjunct Instructor of Education
Blair Hall G9
Jamie Reynolds joined Wittenberg’s staff in January of 2021. She is very excited to be a part of the Tiger community; she fell in love with the campus and culture the first time she set foot on it. In addition to teaching classes in the Department of Education, Jamie is responsible for supervising Education students during their field experiences.
Jamie is in her 13th year of teaching, both in “brick and mortar” and the online environment. She has taught K-2 general education classes, K-8 intervention, and 7th grade modified curriculum. Jamie is currently teaching 7th grade intervention classes at a large online public school. Her favorite teaching moments are when students persevere and understand concepts despite the obstacles in their way.
Jamie completed her undergraduate and received her M.Ed. from Wright State University. She is currently pursuing a second Master’s degree at Southern New Hampshire University and a Doctoral degree at Northcentral University. Jamie enjoys life with her partners, Rachel and Caleb. They delight in raising their son, Dylan. She also has two dogs, Louie and Champ, and a cat, Oreo, who give her much joy. Hockey is an important part of her family and they can be found at the Chiller in Springfield quite often.
