Audrey Bonar is an Adjunct Professor for the nursing program at Wittenberg.  This is her first year as a faculty member and she will be a clinical instructor for junior nursing students in the hospital setting.  Audrey practices as a nurse at Kettering Health- Huber, where she works in the Emergency Department. Audrey’s nursing background includes bedside nursing in the emergency department, where she has been for 15 years.

Audrey received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wright State University and is currently obtaining a Master of Science in Nursing Education from Capella University. She is a certified emergency nurse.

Audrey is a wife and a mother of three. In her free time, Audrey enjoys CrossFit and watching her children play sports. Audrey firmly believes that the best way to learn is to DO and gets very excited when she sees a student/new nurse apply classroom knowledge in the practical setting! She is excited for the opportunity to teach and guide nursing students as they prepare to live their calling as nurses.
