We are excited to welcome you to your campus home this August. Information will also be sent to students' emails throughout the Summer.
The leaders for the early arrival groups noted above provide lists to Residence Life of students involved in those activities. If you have a question about whether or not you belong to one of the early arrival groups, please follow up with your group's leader and make sure your name was included on the list they provided to Residence Life. If you will be arriving before or after the designated time, please contact your group's leader AND the Residence Life Office (housing@wittenberg.edu) to notify them of a plan change.
Please make sure your arrival plans coincide with your group's designated arrival time. Any other early arrivals must submit a Wittenberg Early Arrival Request. Submitting this request does not guarantee approval for an early arrival. Students who wish to move in early are subject to a fee of $125; please consider this in your early arrival plans.
New Incoming Students Moving in August 20, 2026
We are thrilled to welcome our new students to campus on August 20! If you are moving in before August 20, you can disregard this section. If you are moving in on August 20, you will pick up your key at your Residence Hall (directions to your specific hall are in the next section). Please, make sure you mark ALL boxes and totes with your First Initial & Last Name and Hall & Room Number to help our volunteers (example: E. Tiger Firestine Hall 107). Dining
Fall meal plans for incoming first-year students will be active as of August 20, 2026. Returning student meal plans begin on August 21, 2026 at dinner. Precautions and procedures for campus dining will be shared in the coming weeks. Students who need to modify their meal plan arrangements have until the fourth day after their scheduled arrival or August 27, whichever is earlier. Changes can be made online through the Housing Portal.
