In-Semester Breaks (Thanksgiving & Spring Break)

While there are some days in the academic calendar where there are no classes (Fall Break, FIRE Week, Easter Beak), there are only two in-semester periods in which campus housing is considered closed and students are expected to return home. Those two break periods, Thanksgiving Break and Spring Break, are detailed below with the closing and opening dates, stay request deadlines, and meal plan ending and beginning dates. If you have any questions about the information below, please contact Residence Life at housing@wittenberg.edu.

A note about FIRE Week

While campus housing is open during the week of experiential learning, we recognize that students may be off campus during the week. We are asking all campus housing residents to complete the FIRE Week RSVP form on their housing portal by February 6, 2022 so that we can plan accurately for staffing and services such as campus dining. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
