Cat graduated from Heidelberg University in 2016 and has worked in Residence Life ever since. She earned her Master's in Student Affairs Administration in Higher Education in 2018 from Ball State University. After graduating, Cat moved to Massachusetts to work at Endicott College as a Residence Director and later an Assistant Director of Residential Education. She recently joined our team as the Director of Residence Life and is so excited to work with Wittenberg Students. Cat is passionate about student and leadership development and seeing students grow into their whole selves. Outside of work, Cat loves spending time with her husband and two cats, Peralta and Gamora, playing video games, and trying out new activities like Pickleball. |
Mellie has worked in Residence Life for 10 years, the last 3 being at Wittenberg University. Mellie has been an Area Coordinator, Assistant Director, and now Associate Director of Housing Operations. She graduated from Ashland University in 2018 with her BSBA in Marketing and Hospitality Management and from Bowling Green State University with her Masters in College Student Personnel in 2020. She grew up in Springfield, OH and is a proud graduate of Greenon High School and worked at Young's Jersey Dairy for 10+ years. Mellie is passionate about Residence Life and the student experience and is happy to help in any way possible. Mellie likes to spend time with her family and friends, listen to true crime podcasts, and listen to music. |
Terri Randolph (She/Her) Terri grew up in Cleveland, Ohio, and graduated from Charles F. Brush High School. She recently graduated from Youngstown State University in 2025. There, she earned a Bachelor's in Communications with a focus on Interpersonal Relationships, and a minor in Psychology. While attending YSU, she discovered a passion for Residence Life and became an RA for 3 years. Over the course of her career at YSU she also worked at multiple departments, including the admissions office. Recently, over the summer of 2025, she worked with Upward Bound Trio as a Head Resident. Terri is very empathetic & passionate about creating an inclusive environment. Her goal is to prioritize mental health and create a safe space for all. Terri enjoys doing creative projects, going on walks outside, and spending time with her family and friends. |
Maddy is rejoining the Witt community of residence life. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Business Management with a minor in Communication & Digital Mass Media, from Wittenberg University in 2022. Maddy was a resident advisor and a part of Kappa Delta sorority during her undergrad time at Witt. After three years being part of Capital University's Residential and Commuter Life's professional staff, she makes the transition back to Wittenberg. In Maddy's free time, she enjoys reading, running, watching TV and movies, and being with friends and family. She loves the transformative nature of the residential college experience and enjoys watching students become citizens of the world, post-grad. She was drawn back due to Witt’s vision and values of prioritizing the needs of each individual and anticipates living out that mission through her work as Area Coordinator. She is also always down to grab a cup of coffee or chat over lunch. |
