Professional Background
Ervin Matthews brings more than 30 years of experience in accounting, finance, and business operations to Wittenberg. He has served as an Internal Auditor, Financial Analyst, Assistant Controller, Director of Operations, and Chief Financial Officer at companies that include U.S. Shoe Corp., Nine West Group, Shoebilee Inc., and Sam & Libby Retail. He also owned and operated Monique's Shoe Store in Dayton, Ohio, building a successful retail business through hands-on business management.
